Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Talenska, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Talent and company accounts each have access to different features based on their role and membership tier.
Acceptable use
Job postings and profiles must be accurate and lawful. Don't use the platform to harass other users, post spam or misleading listings, or attempt to circumvent membership limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the profile information, portfolio media, and job listings you upload. By posting them, you give us permission to display that content to other users as part of the normal operation of the marketplace.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer
Talenska connects talent and companies but isn't a party to the agreements they make with each other. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings or profiles, or the outcome of any hiring decision.
